The Whaleback Mountain School’s mission is to provide coaches and an environment where you can learn everything from your first turn to advanced carving or throwing a sick trick. We are committed to making your wintersports experience a fun, safe, and successful one.

Whaleback offers avariety of programs for all ages and abilities, whether it is yourfirst time on the snow in our magic carpet learning area or you are wanting to navigate our double black diamond tree runs and terrain parks.We are led by 2x Olympian Evan Dybvig,we can accommodate your desires.

Learn To Ski/Ride
Thisis an all inclusive package. You get all your equipment, lift ticketand a lesson with a professional instructor.  Add that to our greatlearning area with a magic carpet and rope tow, and you have everythingyou need to start out right the first time.
    Days: Sat/Sun or Holidays
    Time: 10am or 1pm
    Cost: Adults $78, Youth/SR (6-18/65+) $65

Group Lessons
Weoffer group lessons for skiing and riding for all abilities and we meanall abilities from our magic carpet to double black diamonds, treeruns, and terrain parks. Try to keep up with our two Olympians on staffor work with our professional coaches to improve your skills on themountain.
    Times:        Weekends and holidays, 10 AM or 1 PM

Private Lessons
Aprivate lesson is the best way to improve rapidly and enjoy a lessonthat is tailored to your specific needs. Lessons last one hour and areavailable at anytime with 24 hours notice. Please call to make areservation anytime.

 Whaleback MiniCore

MiniCore is a season long lesson program the meets every Saturday morning. The progressive learning style of the program encourages kids to excel at their own pace. They become a part of our Core Team Program and are exposed to the sport of sliding down the hill as the decide which aspect of skiing and riding they enjoy the most.
