 The Alpine Core Team will train and race children ages 8 through High School in the New Hampshire (NHARA) and USSA Eastern Regional Events
We are inviting interested athletes who wish to participate
in Alpine Racing to join us for the 2007 /08 race seasons. All levels of competitors are welcome.
Our program is open to racers of other clubs or high
school programs who wish to supplement their training or compete at Eastern or
National levels.
Coaches
Head Alpine Coach- David Goodspeed
David is the Alpine Head Coach and Mini Core Director. He has been a ski coach/instructor for over 25 years working with junior and adult athletes at the local and national levels. David’s unique teaching style helps athletes incorporate fundamentals that directly improve performance.
Myles Cotter-Sparrow

All members who participate in the Core Team will be eligible
to travel and compete at selected USSA events throughout New Hamspshire, Maine, and Vermont
UVSSA Fees
Each Core Alpine member must join our club, the Upper Valley Ski
and Snowboard Association, which provides valuable support to the Core
Team. In addition to providing program insurance and equipment support
necessary to run these programs, UVSSA has a clubhouse for families and
athletes available for equipment maintenance and storage and a meeting
area for programs and members.

All Alpine Core Team members must be current USSA (US Ski and Snowboard Asssociation) who provides insurance for
all program participants during team training and at events, and those planning on racing must also join NHARA.
